Intimate Worcester Art Museum Wedding
Jessica and Michael’s intimate Worcester Art Museum Wedding was a true and deep display of pure of love. And while my eyes continually teared up while putting my favorite images together for this blogpost, I also found myself smiling. Because although it was the news of a serious illness that jumpstarted their marriage, it revealed the deep love they have for one another. The kind of love we all strive for during our time here on earth. And that is so incredibly beautiful.
The Worcester Art Museum hosted their personal wedding ceremony on short notice with such flexibility and kindness. The room was filled with their close family and friends who dropped everything and masked up to support and celebrate with them on a whim. Even from Hawaii.
Following their heartfelt ceremony they explored the various rooms of art as newly weds. I can still feel the love and joy that radiated from them when I look back at the images.
After leaving the Art Museum with full hearts, they headed to Michael’s family home to celebrate their union with their loved ones. Along with mugs of tea and conversation, Jessica shared the most touching and beautiful toast for Michael.
As Michael’s treatment would start the next day, Jessica began to shave the hair he had been growing since they first met. His parents, friends and family joined in and they did so in the spirit of helping him heal and showing their unwavering support for him.
I left their loving home filled with a deep recognition of what community and love is all about. I am so grateful that Jessica and Michael have this in the strongest sense. Sending you both so much love.
