Duxbury Beach Engagement Session | South Shore Engagement Photographer | Erin & Barrett

Erin and Barrett have been heading to this amazing spot on the South Shore for a number of summers, making it both a beautiful and significant location for their Duxbury Beach Engagement Session. We strolled around, hung out and took in the views before their super adorable puppy, Archie, joined us. He had a great time smelling the sand and being cuddled. I’m really glad he could be included as he’s such a huge part of Erin & Barrett’s life. These guys are so great and I’m really looking forward to documenting their State Room Wedding this Fall. Congratulations again Erin & Barrett!

Wellesley Lifestyle Family Session | Wellesley Family Photographer | Aaron & Family

I really enjoyed hanging out with these guys during their Wellesley Lifestyle Family Session. Aaron is such a fun kid and capturing all the interactions he shares with his family was a pleasure. I joined them during Thanksgiving break and photographed them spending time together – as they normally do. They took a walk, played, snuggled, danced and made music. The session was particularly special as I was able to document Aaron, not only with his awesome parents, but with his Grandparents and Aunt too. Each of them have a very sweet relationship with one another and I’m so glad I could create a record of it. I know Aaron will love looking back at these photographs as he grows and I’m sure the rest of the family are already enjoying them. Thanks again for inviting me into your home, it was a pleasure!

Hi Gina!
WOW! I really don’t have any words for how fantastic these are… you are so talented!

Best Boston Family Photographs of 2017 | Boston Family Photographer

I can’t thank each and every one of these incredible families enough for inviting me to document them. Being able to witness and preserve these fleeting moments for them warms my heart and gives me great comfort. I know the significance these photographs will hold, not only for the loving parents, but for the little ones as they grow and become adults. I really enjoyed looking through them while picking some of my Best Boston Family Photographs of 2017 and was reminded of how special parenthood is. This collection of photographs was captured in family homes, nearby playgrounds, parks and other significant places these families spend time together. I look forward to documenting many more interactions and little moments that make family life so rewarding this year. Thanks again everyone, it was an honor!

A little shout out to the Boston area spots that provided these great spaces for families to spend time together: Arnold Arboretum, Forest Hills Cemetery, Walden Pond, Jamaica Pond, Dolan Pond Conservation Area, Bradley Estate and William F. Flaherty Playground.

Newton Family Session at Home | Newton Family Photographer | The Bergs

The Berg’s Newton family session at home was one of my favorites to capture. I came by on a Sunday morning and photographed them hanging out, making art, playing outside and taking their routine walk. The interactions and routines that were documented reestablished why it’s so important to continue to document families throughout the years. Cole and Olivia are 7 and 8 and photographing their relationship and favorite activities was so fun and rewarding. Often, families make it a priority to photograph their little ones during baby and toddlerhood and family photographs slowly taper off and get left on the back burner. These transitional years, of equal importance, aren’t there for us to look back on and share with one another and future generations.  It gives me great satisfaction to know that Meredith, Andrew, Cole and Olivia will have these photographs which capture the special relationship they all share to keep and relive throughout the years. Thanks so much for inviting me into your home guys, it was an absolute pleasure!

“Hi Gina,

Wow, these are beautiful! I’m in love with them. Thank you so much! Soooooo appreciate you coming out! I love having photos from our house and surroundings.

Walden Pond Family Session | Concord Family Photographer | Kathryn, Sina & Rory

I joined Kathryn, Sina and their adorable son, Rory, on a beautiful Fall day for their Walden Pond Family Session. They come to this beautiful spot often and Rory loves putting his feet into the water and discovering what can make a big splash. As they hung out and shared some uninterrupted family time, I documented their interactions and special relationship. It gives me much joy knowing that Rory will get to see the fun and love he shared with his parents at two years old; I’m sure Kathryn and Sina are already being reminded of life’s beautiful moments when they see the photographs in their home. Thank you so much for inviting me along guys, I really enjoyed capturing this lovely afternoon for you.

“Hi Gina,

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you for the beautiful photos!! It was such a pleasure to work with you…we were all at ease (especially Rory!) and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful evening. You captured some wonderful moments 🙂

Kathryn”
